The touch screen-check out-user software EuCaSoft is the innovative accounting and information system for restaurants and catering businesses. The program is easy to handle via touch screen monitors. The user will be lead though the operating surface with a path breaking concept that with easy-to-understand features helps to find the way through the system. Through the shifting of the operating surface only those keys will be shown that have to be used for a work sequence. The handling will be simplified and errors will be avoided because of the clear structure of EuCaSoft.

EuCaSoft does not only allow “sales slipping” but also the realization of an entire restaurant, information, and management system. With freely definable item, feature and system keys, EuCaSoft can be arranged with the organizational structure of restaurants. Extensive statistics of business data are available at any time.
Organization of the place
Visualize your restaurant! No matter how many rooms your restaurant has – you can give any name to any of your rooms; call it up with the touch screen system; and equip it individually with tables. By clicking a table EuCaSoft changes to the accounting dialog. In doing so all the tables that are already reserved are labeled with a *. A background image of you restaurant will help for a better orientation.

By touching any of the freely eligible fast key groups you will see the assigned item keys. You can define them; so that they will satisfy you needs. Plus, you can design them in terms of seize, color, and text individually. Further you have the possibility of input of PLU numbers.
Auxiliary administration
No matter if item list, administration of waiters, administration of rooms, or attribution of recipes – only with a click you can administer all organizational and logistic matters straightforward. If waiter or owner – only the features are shown that are allowed to be used with the authorization feature.
Everything will be adjusted
The adjustments of check-outs, printers and forms are easy to reach with the clear arranged menu. Waiter identification programs (like Dallas, Addimat, WMF, Steingress, Patriot, TMR…), dispensing equipment (like Trippen, Einöder, WMF, Gruber…), and radio based ordering systems are easy to add. EuCaSoft is also adoptable to hotels (Hope, ASA, Velox, HS3 GastroDat, Casblanca, Fidelio…). The use together with an inventory control system is set.
Everything is under control
EuCaSoft enables the optimum creation of various reports for an extensive report system that would not leave any open question even in gastronomic niches. Various and freely connectable lists (such as accounting list, item list, “frequency of table” list, waiter reports, sent invoice list, list of working times, evaluation of recipes, class of goods list, cancellation list…) simplify business planning, control of work, as well as daily and monthly accounting.
It’s time to bring to account!
The “fast accounts” key enables the direct billing for a table – the “accounts” key leads to a pop up menu for further ways of payments with all possibilities of payments. The exchange from Euros into any other currency is a walk-over. Up to 24 currencies can be administered. You bill in Euros, you will be paid in Dollars, and you give change in Yen.
